Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) is produced inside your neutrophils as the first line of immune defense. Stabilized and formulated at clinical potency, it becomes something very few ingredients can claim to be: broadly antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and gentle enough to use every day.

Why HOCl changes the acne conversation.

Conventional acne care forces a trade-off between efficacy and irritation. Benzoyl peroxide, retinoids, and antibiotics work — but at the cost of barrier damage, microbiome disruption, and long-term tolerance issues. EO-100 operates differently.

EO-100 is a prescription product. Admission ensures every participant is clinically appropriate for the protocol, the supervising clinician can issue an informed prescription, and we maintain a standard of care worth the outcomes we're aiming for. It also lets us cap enrollment so each candidate receives meaningful oversight.

The program is designed and led by Dr. Lily Woods, PhD — Program Developer & Scientific Director, founder of Body MAX Harmonics. She conducts the acceptance interview personally and the program-completion consultation at week 12. Prescription review and approval are handled by a supervising clinician, who issues the EO-100 prescription following clinical review of your intake form.

Hypochlorous acid is a molecule your own immune system produces in neutrophils. Stabilized formulations have a well-established safety profile across wound-care, ophthalmic, and dermatologic use. The preparation in this protocol is dispensed at clinical potency under clinician supervision, used as a facial mist, and is not intended for injection or internal use.

Every two weeks, you receive a brief automated questionnaire covering photos, symptom scoring, and adherence. The system reviews your responses and flags anything outside expected parameters. If a flag is raised — unexpected side effects, a clinical signal worth addressing, or a plateau pattern — the clinical team reaches out directly. If everything is tracking well, you continue uninterrupted. Your week-12 completion consultation with Dr. Woods is included in your bundled investment.

Three options for each protocol: pay in full at enrollment, split as 50% deposit at acceptance with the balance due at program start, or three monthly installments with a 7% administrative premium. Yes. Because the protocol includes a clinician consultation and prescription product, most HSA and FSA accounts will reimburse the clinical portions. We provide a detailed itemized receipt upon enrollment. Supplement-only components may be reimbursable depending on your plan; we recommend confirming with your administrator.

At the close of the protocol, your care team reviews outcomes and recommends a maintenance approach. Most graduates move to a refill subscription for EO-100 and the topical activators, with an optional quarterly microbiome check-in for graduates of Protocol 02.
