Help & Training
Everything you need to get the most out of your Body MAX Harmonics membership — from signing in to running protocols. Browse the guides below, or jump straight to a question.
Getting Started
Three StepsSign In
Go to the member portal and enter the email and PIN you set up with Body MAX Harmonics. Your dashboard loads with the features included in your membership.
Explore Your Dashboard
Each card on your dashboard is a part of your program — the protocol assistants, weekly calls, scheduling, and more. Cards above your tier appear locked until you upgrade.
Launch a Protocol Assistant
Open BOT 1 to query the Six Pathway protocol library, or BOT 2 for the advanced assistant. Both open within your member session — no separate sign-in needed.
Using the System
How-ToHow do I sign in to the member portal?+
Open the member portal page and enter the email and PIN you set up with Body MAX Harmonics. Once you sign in, your dashboard stays active for the rest of your session, so moving between the portal and the protocol assistants won't ask you to sign in again.
If you haven't received your PIN, or you're not sure which email is on your account, reach out using the contact details at the bottom of this page.
What is BOT 1, and who can use it?+
All Tiers BOT 1 is the Protocol Builder. It lets you query the Six Pathway protocol library and generate protocol guidance. It's included in every membership, so you'll find it on your dashboard at any tier.
What is BOT 2, and how is it different from BOT 1?+
Foundation & Apex BOT 2 is the advanced protocol assistant, with expanded capabilities beyond BOT 1. It's available to Foundation and Apex memberships.
If your dashboard shows BOT 2 as locked, your current tier doesn't include it — the card will offer an upgrade path.
How do I book a consulting or test-review session?+
Apex Apex members have two booking cards on the dashboard — Consulting Session and Test Review Session. Each opens a scheduling page in a new tab where you can pick a time directly. When you're done, close that tab and you'll be right back on your portal.
How do I search the disease-state protocol library?+
Apex Open the Early Access card to search the disease-state document library. It has two tabs — Clinical Protocols and Patient Guides — each searchable by disease state. Use View to open a document or Download to save it; both open in a new tab so your portal stays put.
Why do the protocol assistants sometimes ask me to sign in again?+
Your session stays active for a set period after you sign in. When that period ends, the portal asks you to sign in again — this is normal and keeps your account secure. Simply re-enter your email and PIN to continue where you left off.
If you're being asked to sign in repeatedly within a short time, try signing out fully and back in, and make sure you're using the same browser you signed in with.
What do the locked cards on my dashboard mean?+
A locked card is a feature included at a higher membership tier than your current one. The card shows the tier it belongs to and an option to upgrade. Once you move to a tier that includes it, the card unlocks automatically the next time your dashboard loads.
Your Membership
ProgramWhat's included at each membership tier?+
Essential — BOT 1, recordings of the weekly calls, and the option to enroll in the certification when it launches.
Foundation — Everything in Essential, plus BOT 2 and live weekly calls.
Apex — Everything in Foundation, plus consulting and test-review sessions with Dr. Lily Woods and early access to the disease-state protocol library.
How does the BMH-CPHP certification work?+
The certification is a structured pathway, with your credential issued on completion.
Coming Soon The certification is being finalized and isn't open for enrollment yet. The Certification card on your dashboard shows it as coming soon; once it launches, you'll be able to enroll from there.
How do the weekly calls work?+
Live practitioner calls are held each week with Dr. Lily Woods, alongside a full archive of recordings.
Foundation and Apex members have live access to join the calls in real time. Essential members have access to the recording archive. The Weekly Calls card on your dashboard shows the schedule and recordings.
How do I join the Research Cohort?+
The Research Cohort covers participation in Body MAX Harmonics' observational research, and is by application and acceptance — not an automatic membership benefit.
Opening Soon Applications aren't open just yet. The Research Cohort card on your dashboard shows "applications opening soon"; once they open, you'll be able to apply from there.
Troubleshooting
FixesI see "No account found for this email address."+
This means the email you entered isn't matching the one on your membership record. Double-check for typos, and make sure you're using the exact email you registered with — not a work or alternate address. If you have more than one email, try the one you used when you joined.
If it still doesn't work, contact the team using the details below so we can confirm the email on file.
My sign-in isn't working / I forgot my PIN.+
First, confirm your email is correct and your PIN is entered exactly as set up. If you've forgotten your PIN or it isn't being accepted, reach out using the contact details below and the team will help you reset it. For your security, PINs can't be retrieved or reset from this page.
A protocol assistant won't load or shows an error.+
Try refreshing the page first — many one-off issues clear on a reload. If the assistant was in the middle of a long response when it stopped, start the request again. If the problem continues, note what you were doing when it happened and contact the team so we can look into it.
The page looks blank or won't display properly.+
Make sure you're on a current browser and that you're signed in. Refresh the page, and if you use an ad or script blocker, try allowing this site. If it still won't display, let the team know which device and browser you're using.
We're here for you.
