Go to the member portal and enter the email and PIN you set up with Body MAX Harmonics. Your member home loads with everything included in your membership.

Your dashboard shows your membership, your protocol, your test results, and your member testing options. Everything is in one place once you sign in.
Review & Book
Open your protocol and test results any time, order member testing at your membership pricing, and book a test-review consultation when you're ready to go over your results.
Using Your Portal
How-ToHow do I sign in to the member portal?+
Open the member portal page and enter the email and PIN you set up with Body MAX Harmonics. Once you sign in, your session stays active for a while, so you can move around the portal without signing in again.
If you haven't set your PIN yet, use the link in your welcome email. If that link has expired or you can't find it, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page and we'll send a new one.
How do I view my protocol?+
On your member home, open the Your Protocol card. It lists the protocol documents prepared for you. Select Open on any document to view it. New documents appear here automatically as they're added to your account.
How do I view my test results?+
Open the Testing & Files card on your member home. Your test results and related documents are listed there, newest first. Select Open on any item to view it.
How do I order tests, and what does my membership include?+
Open the Member Testing section on your member home. The tests available to you are shown with your membership pricing already applied, so you'll always see your price when you're signed in. Select a test to purchase it.
The specific tests and pricing you see depend on your membership level — they update automatically based on the membership on your account.
How do I book a consultation?+
Open the Consultation card on your member home to book a test-review session. It opens a scheduling page in a new tab where you can pick a time. When you're done, close that tab and you'll be right back on your portal.
Why am I sometimes asked to sign in again?+
Your session stays active for a set period after you sign in. When that period ends, the portal asks you to sign in again — this is normal and keeps your account secure. Just re-enter your email and PIN to continue.
If you're asked to sign in repeatedly in a short time, try signing out fully and back in, and make sure you're using the same browser you signed in with.

Your membership gives you your personalized protocol, your test results, member pricing on testing, and the ability to book a test-review consultation — all from your member home.
The exact benefits and testing pricing depend on your membership level. When you're signed in, your member home shows everything included for you.
How does member testing pricing work?+
Members receive pricing on testing based on their membership level. When you're signed in, the Member Testing section shows your price for each test automatically — there's nothing you need to enter.
How do I upgrade my membership?+
If you'd like to move to a higher membership level for additional benefits or better testing pricing, contact us using the details below and we'll send you everything you need to upgrade. Once your upgrade is complete, your member home updates automatically the next time you sign in.
Troubleshooting
FixesI see "No account found for this email address."+
This means the email you entered isn't matching the one on your membership record. Double-check for typos, and make sure you're using the exact email you registered with — not a work or alternate address. If you have more than one email, try the one you used when you joined.
If it still doesn't work, contact us using the details below so we can confirm the email on file.
My sign-in isn't working / I forgot my PIN.+
First, confirm your email is correct and your PIN is entered exactly as you set it. If you've forgotten your PIN or it isn't being accepted, reach out using the contact details below and we'll help you reset it. For your security, PINs can't be retrieved from this page.
A document won't open.+
Try selecting Open again first — many one-off issues clear on a second try. If a document still won't open, note its name and contact us so we can check it on our end.
The page looks blank or won't display properly.+
Make sure you're on a current browser and that you're signed in. Refresh the page, and if you use an ad or script blocker, try allowing this site. If it still won't display, let us know which device and browser you're using.
